Water’s Edge Villas provide luxurious living accommodations near the famous backwaters of Allepey. We are about 15 minutes from Allepey town and 1 hour(by boat) from Vembanad lake. The villas are brand new and have 5 bedrooms with 5 attached bathrooms. Nearest airport is Kochi International airport in Nedumbasherry. Its about a 2.5 hour car ride from Kochi airport. We are about 15-20 minutes from Allepey town and our property is located opposite the Nedumudy boat Jetty. To reach our property you have to cross the Nedumudy bridge and then take a left. Take the first right and you will see Abey’s speciality hospital on your right. The road dead ends into a walk bridge. Our property is not accessible by car and the final stretch has to be walked. We will arrange a boat to carry you and your luggage across the small stretch of water. We can arrange for Airport pickup and drop off for a reasonable charge and will have our very own trusted driver meet you at the airport. Please contact us to schedule this.

We are also located opposite the Nedumudy boat jetty which has public boat service from dawn to dusk. You can hop on any of these boats for an authentic and low cost tour of entire Kuttanad district and to see life along the famed backwaters. Nedumudy boat jetty area has many local shops, medical shops and even a small hospital and all of these areas can be accessed by foot. We are also walking distance from the Alleppey-Changanasherry highway and local bus stop where you can board a public or private bus that will take you into Allepey town for mere Rs 30
