Our brand new Heritage villa is now ready and open for guests. This 6 room Villa is built like a traditional 19th century Kerala “naalu kettu” with authentic wood sourced from old houses in the vicinity. We now have 11 bath attached rooms that can host up to 25 adults

We are not at all impacted by the floods in 2019 and fully open and functional. Allappuzha and Nedumudy was not impacted much in the 2019 monsoon and the damage was caused in North Kerala. Please contact us for Monsoon specials

While the floods that battered the state was the worst in 100 years, Water’s Edge was not affected at all as it is on a higher elevation than the neighboring properties . We are open and in full swing… Come check us out
